Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions of Business are between Cube Storage and its clients.  Engagement of the services of Cube Storage by the clients shall be deemed an acceptance of these Terms of Business.
RATES
Rates are subject to price increase at one months notice. Minimum charge of two weeks applies to short term storage.
INSURANCE
All insurances are to be arranged by the owner of the goods while goods are in transport and in storage.  Cube Mobile Storgae does not accept any liability for any loss, expense or damages arising from transport or storage.  
PAYMENTS
Storage charges are to be paid by Automatic Bank Payment one month in advance per calendar month on the first day of each month.
Charges are inclusive of day of moving in and day of moving out. Full settlement of account must be made before goods are released or delivered back to owners.
If account remains unpaid for three months or more, goods may be sold to recoup charges plus expenses incurred in selling of the goods. All costs involved gaining settlement will be charged to the customer and added to the account.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
It is the customers responsibility to advise the company of any change of address immediately.
REMOVAL OF GOODS
Cube Storage will not allow any person, other than the owner, to have access to the goods unless the company receives written and signed authority from the owners.
ACCESS TO GOODS
Customers may require to access their Cubes. Request for access must be made two working days in advance by email or phone calls.  Working days of Cube Storage are from Monday to Friday except public holidays.  
CANCELLATION
Cube Storage has the right to cancel storage at one months notice.
UNACCEPATBLE GOODS
Cube storage does not permit or accept goods such as, cash or currency of any kind, jewellery, gold, silver, livestock, matches, petroleum products, flammable liquids, gasses, explosives, firearms, food, drugs or other illegal products and it is the clients responsibility not to include these goods for storage.
ACCESS TO CLIENT'S RESIDENCE
It is the client's responsibilities that the residence is accessible for the truck and staff members of Cube Storage.  Cube Storage will not deliver or redeliver client's Cubes if the staff members of Cube Storage deem the access unsafe to deliver or redeliver the Cubes.
DAMAGES
Cube Storage does not accept any claims on pre-existing damages.  All claims regarding damaged goods during household removal or redelivery must be reported to the office of Cube Storage  by email or by calling 0800 282348 on the day before the staff members of Cube Storage left the client's premises.  The manager of Cube Storage will make inspection onsite and decide if the claims are acceptable.  Cube Storage does not accept any claims for any loss, expenses or damages after the job is completed and the staff members have left the client's premises.
